VALLEY FORGE, PA (November 11, 2016) — Vanguard’s Senior Leadership Team was recognized with the Chester County Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s 2016 Executives of the Year Award at the Chamber’s annual dinner at Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square, PA.
In acceptance of the award, Mr. McNabb said, “This award really underscores the importance of two factors that are vital to the success of any organization: people and place. Vanguard has had great fortune with both. We would not be the company we are today if we were located anywhere else, as Chester County has been a tremendous place for us to grow and evolve.”
Each year the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry honors the senior executive of a company who has demonstrated great business and civic leadership in the local community. This is the first year the Chamber has honored a team of leaders from an organization.
