VALLEY FORGE, PA (December 20, 2023)—Vanguard today announced the election of Lubos Pastor to its board of directors and to the board of trustees for each of the Vanguard funds.
Mr. Pastor is the Charles P. McQuaid Distinguished Service Professor of Finance at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he has been teaching since 1999. He is a member of the board of the Fama-Miller Center for Research in Finance, and contributes to leading financial journals with authoritative research about investment management.
