In memoriam: Gerry O'Reilly

Vanguard is deeply saddened by the passing of Gerard “Gerry” O’Reilly, a longtime Vanguard colleague, investment leader and portfolio manager who made immeasurable contributions to several of Vanguard’s flagship index funds serving millions of investors over his more than 34-year career. Gerry was a respected mentor to many across our investment teams, sharing his experience, developing talent, and helping to shape generations of Vanguard investment leaders. We extend our deepest condolences to Gerry’s family, friends, and colleagues.
